Here's a new one that just happened today... We were upgraded to 2021.1 over the weekend:
s
I'd probably white out that email address
f
upgraded to NSCore 21.1?
or to SuiteCommerce 21.1?
w
NSCore 21.1
I even changed the default user role to 'Customer Center' -- No go...
f
haven´t seen that
@Steve Goldberg have you seen this error?
s
Not before
w
message has been deleted
This is the CB2B role that came with SSFC (Suite Success for Commerce)
I notice that there are empty permissions, and I don't recognize them...
Well, the top 2 anyway
I think these are new, and may need to be populated?
Cardholder Authentication Event cannot be updated, the only option is 'None'
s
Do you have any workflows or user event scripts that trigger on registration?
w
We DID in Sitebuilder, but not in SC
Well, I do have a workflow that sends me an email when a new web customer is entered.
I tried populating those permissions, but no luck
s
Could you try temporarily deactivating that workflow?
w
Sure
s
My thought is that the workflow doesn't have enough permissions to run and the error is being surfaced to the frontend user.
w
It's not the workflow... The permissions took a few minutes to update. We just got a new cusotmer.
Even though I invalidated the cache, it still took some time to update the permissions, I think.
It seems that SC likes to lag on this stuff.
