Hi all, we are using several unit of measures in our SCA website. The issue I am experiencing at the moment is even though we have stock available NetSuite LiveOrder Api is throwing

ERR_WS_INVENTORY

error because of different units. We have an item with primary unit Carton (50)
& Available stock = 7.64 = 7.64 x 50 = 382 Eaches (please see snapshot) If I purchase 10 Eaches of that item from our SCA website I get insufficient stock error when we clearly have enough stock. Any suggestions to resolve it?

what SCA version are you using?

I recall there were some fix on UOM in 20.1, not sure if it includes inventory availability

Not really. I would look at the numbers that the items API returns for quantity available and compare it to this. But I'm not an UOM expert so I can't really help

Yes, it returns

quantityavailable: 382

in Eaches.
