Hello community, I’m having the same problem when I try to fetch the theme. When I run cmd:

gulp theme:fetch

I get

Could not download all the extension files

error. I’m having this problem on production account only, where sandbox works completely fine, I can fetch theme in sandbox account.

Hi Mohammad, I read that comment but it doesn’t apply to my case as my sandbox is completely fine, I can fetch theme, just on production I can not.
