Starting a new project and I am getting this error when attempting to access Extension Manager: "You do not have privileges to view this page"

Is there a new Role Permission I could be missing? I've never had this error before.

I have, I have also verified that my role has all the required audience permissions for the Restlets.

OK, it was the SC ExtMEchanism UI Script that needed our role, This was not in the list provided in help documentation

Is `SC ExtMEchanism UI Scrip` that added in 2020.2.x?
