Can anyone email from within the NetSuite User Interface and successfully reach a Hotmail / MSN / Live / Outlook email address right now? We know there's an ongoing Defect # 832802 they're trying to resolve. But what's not known is how widespread an issue this is. The problems started (for those of us affected) in the tail end of June, so we're 2 weeks deep into not being able to reach customers via email (unless we email them outside of NetSuite). I'm just curious if it's a super widespread issue, or limited to some subset of NS customers.

@Dan Curtis if you use CloudExtend's Send From Outllook feature it allows you to send an email from a NetSuite record but use Outlook to send the email instead of NetSuite. The email is also stored in your Outlook sent items folder (and NetSuite). Replies go to both without the funky email address NetSuite uses.
Here's a link to more info including a short video overview..

Thanks, Chris. But our company is Google Domain / Workspace.

@Dan Curtis - Were you ever able to get this resolved? I was recently troubleshooting this and found a couple solutions that corrected the issue for a client of mine.

Andrew, we relied on NetSuite fixing the Defect, and then some added time for the email domain they use to build some reputation with other servers. It seems to be back to normal now, but required NetSuite's intervention. No idea what they actually changed to get things sorted, though.

Well glad you were able to get it fixed. Below are a couple issues that I was not aware of that were causing issues for a client of mine. I figured I would share them with everyone. Thanks!
• Multiple NS Users were not receiving email replies back from their Customers. They had been automatically added onto the Bounced Email Addresses list. Once they were removed from the list they could receive the replied emails again.
• Emailed invoices being sent out were repeatedly failing. There was an email template being used for sending out invoices. The template had HTML code setup incorrectly where they were sending out the same Subject line for every invoice. Ex. Client Name | Attention: Invoice. The HTML code was changed to include the Invoice Transaction ID which then made every Subject line unique. Since the Subject lines were all the same the server would get confused and assign the emails as "Undeliverable".
