I have a user trying to log into NetSuite from his iPad. On the 2FA page he gets a blank screen. He’s tried all the sensible troubleshooting steps (different network, browser, clear cache, etc). I found a few previous threads on this but the OG thread is gone and unfortunately there don’t seem to be replies. Any ideas before I go to Support?

I am not able to find it, but I have seen some SuiteAnswer about how the 2FA does not function well with the Mac iOS, but I can not locate that article.

Is it an older iPad? I have a couple ancient ones, and they all sorta look the same still, so it's easy to lose track of what generation they are. The oldest gen iPads stopped getting updates on critical things (like Browsers) a long time ago, so I could see a compatibility issue being likely if it's not a more recent generation.

I'd have them find out. Settings > General > About Google the model number/name. If it's older than 2018, time to find a newer device. And if it's 2018/2019+, it must be something else.

my bet is with Dan - i had the same issue last year with a lot of devices requiring an update when they MFA window ran out - updating IOS would solve the issue.
