@eminero, have you checked to see how many “Secure Customer Domains” are provisioned for your test account in Setup > Company > Billing Information? My test account has no secure domains provisioned.

Hey @Keith Fetterman Thanks so much for the heads-up! I did know about that page, it shows really useful information, you are right the account does not have any secure domain.

@eminero, what timing. I had just discovered it yesterday when I tried to activate a secure domain for a website in my test account. :)
