does anyone know about free shipping rules? I place an order for $1100 and 2 free shipping items show, because one has threshold of $250 and the other $1000. Obviously, I don't want/need both. When I bump the order to $1600, 3 Free Shippings show up. Is there any way to show one free shipping? I tried to use promotion but it seems not working on ERP side.
