I am working on a site currently in development. We would like to password protect the entire site, but when that feature is enabled there is no way to register. It only shows "Returning Customer" Login Password-protect is checked Type of customer registration is required. What step am I missing for the registration form to appear on the Password Protected Login page?

Password-protect means that only visitors you have given access to in your account can view the site.
