Hi everyone, anyone knows if the NS Stock notifications extension has any issues in Sandbox? We’re trying to test the Back in stock notification and I’m starting to think this is something related to Sandbox.

What problems are you having? We had it working in sandbox. You'll need to set the email options to deliver the emails to a fixed email address (Setup > Company > Email Preferences > Sandbox and Release Preview tab) and you'll also need to manually run the script which sends the emails (NS SC EXT MR Stock Notifications Emails)

@Damien Smith I just reviewed the above and is still not working. We’re testing with specific item out of stock; we added new inventory and the email is not being sent. We can see the fields in the PDP to get notified when is back in stock. But no email is sent.

Hi @LC, did you make any specific change before it started working? We are also facing the same issue.

Hi @Paper Plane Netsuite Group! by specifying a static email on the Email settings I managed to test the email.
