Hi All, We have customers that are set up with OEM pricing in NetSuite that is not recognized when they place an order in SCA store When they are attempting to place an order and it's showing full retail. Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

That's odd, usually SCA is quite good at getting customer pricing and group pricing. Can you describe a bit more about your OEM pricing setup?
And in which site component you start to detect discrepancies. (PDP, Cart, Checkout...)
