05/15/2020, 3:40 PMMy website has a offer of free shipping on orders above $49, for that I am using standard promocode ("FREESHIPPING"). Upto checkout it shows free shipping to customer but when shipping fee is also deducted from customer's account. In NS, the sales order is coming with the promocode, but that is not working (shipping is getting charged), If I remove, and reenter the same code shipping fee is removed.

05/15/2020, 3:45 PMIn my experience when this was happening it was something before submit (user event or workflow) that was re-setting something that triggered a recalculation of the shipping method (and netsuite not triggering promocode recalculation afterwards)

05/15/2020, 4:02 PMsystem notes shows final values only. old db value vs new db value. whatever happens in between doesn’t show. if on a before submit script i set a field three times with different values, for example, only the last value would show on system notes.
