Hello. We noticed that the Fulfillment Request record is no longer created when the SO is created. This is something we are dependent on to make our business work. No setting has been changed, the solution has been working for 2 years and all of a sudden there is no Fulfillment Requests? The button for manual create a Fulfillment Request is also gone but I can see it on the form settings. Anyone experience the same? This started at 11:17 CEST. Please help..

Hey @Johan Gustafsson might need to check your workflows to see if a transaction workflow turned off or was edited.

Ill have a look but creation of a FRQ is Netsuite native and should be created directly when a SO is created...

Maybe check the workflow history on older SO to confirm just in case.

No workflow has been modified. The SO workflow history is the same (and has nothing to do with the FRQ). Its like the Netsuite native functionality of creating Fulfillment requests just stoped working. The enable feature is still there, the setup is still there. It's verry strange

Might need to submit a support ticket at this point
