I have a custom record type called “Shape”. It has many records in it, such as “Circle”, “Square”, and “Triangle”, etc. I have many NonInventory Items in my database, such as “Item 1”, “Item 2", “Item 3”. I have many Item Options in my database. Some, but not all, are of type List/Record->Shape, for example “Outside Shape”, “Inner Shape”, “Outline Shape”. My database includes other Item Options, such as “Colour” and “Logo Type”. Some Item Options are mandatory, others are not. Each Item has zero, one, or several Item Options. A single item may have multiple Item Options of type “Shape”. For example, Item 1 might have three Item Options: “Colour”, “Inner Shape”, and “Outline Shape”. My manager has asked me to produce a Suitelet that displays a report of which Items use Item Options of type “Shape”, and how recently these items appeared on a Sale where that Item Option had a value. He wants to see a three-columned list of all combinations of Item Name, Item Option, and last Sale Date. E.g. Item | Item Option | Last Used Item 1 | Inner Shape | 2025-03-04 Item 1 | Outline Shape | 2025-04-02 Item 7 | Outside Shape | never Item 8 | Inner Shape | 2025-06-29 Item 8 | Outside Shape | 2025-05-17

here’s a hint. It’s not a custom thing I built. It’s a native netsuite feature.
