Hi all, we have an online customer form on our website, it was working fine till some days back. Now its giving response as undefined with code 502. But leads are getting created. The form configs are all correct.

Did you hardcord the external URL? Kindly, double check with the URL of the form and the one provide in the code.

We haven't hardcoded the url, in our case the lead is getting created but we are just not getting the success response.
