Does anyone has used the Automatic SSL Certificate offered by NetSuite?

Yes, they have many issues. Automatic SSL should be fixed in the E-fix release of today.

Thank you Kevin, I believe I have chosen wisely to renew my certificate instead use the one from NetSuite, mine was expiring Today.

Is that certificate based on the NetSuite CSR?

If not, it will no longer be compatible with the CDN end of May.

You basically have to go with one of the new options now

Yes, I had to reissue my certificate with the CSR provided by NetSuite

Hello <@UCDSX15B2>, do you know what was pushed in that e-fix, i seem to still have issues, like when i apply Automatic SSL, the cert is not issued and domain deployment is still pending since like a few hours

I still have the same issue, I had to purchase another certificate because the one from NetSuite didn't work on time, I do have a case open with them and is still open

Just an update. Our QA team have verified the fix provided by our Developers and have given the go-ahead for a Hot Push of the fix during off-peak hours.

I will update you as soon as this is released into Production.

Yeah, it didn't work. My support case is still pending. Either way CSR is still an option so I went with that one.
