Anyone use Celigo for connecting with Netsuite and Magento 2? I can't get any support and am stuck on what to do.

128625 is the ticket. Yesterday Kevin escalated it. Today Kevin escalated it. Rico escalated it. Kevin escalated it again. I keep getting escalated but nobody is actually doing anything. The tier 2 person will need to talk to me but everyone refuses to set that up.
