Hi, I have a user that can't remember his password. We have both a single sign on log in or log in via password. When I try and reset his password I get a notification that his email is on multiple NetSuite accounts. Is the single sign on accounting for one of those accounts? I can't think of a reason why his email would be on a separate NetSuite account.

Regarding the multiple accounts message, it's probably a Sandbox. NS considers Sandbox and Prod different accounts so you'll get that message on someone who's active in both.
