Am getting reports of nlRUM.js returning errors in the SEO page generator. As a reminder, RUM stands for Realtime User Monitoring and is actually not currently implemented on SuiteCommerce sites. So if you have it enabled on your account, I would recommend deactivating it: Setup > Company > Enable Features > Web Presence > SuiteCommerce Real User Monitoring (uncheck)

Am I correct in assuming that you are only referring to SuiteCommerce Standard and not Advanced?
s
You are not. I am talking about both.
j
Good to know. Thanks.
f
SC and SCA 19.2+
j
Ah, gotcha. I assume this is a bug that will eventually be fixed for SCA? We’re looking to upgrade to 19.2 soon.
f
Yes, it will be fixed, but we are also removing the dependency on the feature, so disabling it will not fix the issue
we (NetSuite) need to fix it
do you have a support case for this?
so I can attach it to the issue ?
j
Understood. I don’t think my team does. I just saw it posted here and know members of my team were talking about the discussion here. So I was looking for clarification.
f
ah ok, got it. Thanks
j
I know that we haven’t gotten the Workbook Analytics SuiteCommerce searches to work. Do you know if that is related to any of this? We’re on 19.1.
(we’re going to create a case)
f
to my knowledge, there is no SuiteCommerce Analytics Workbook yet
on what relates to commerce you have: • Commerce Search Activity Data • Sales (Invoiced) Workbook • Sales (Ordered) Workbook • Items by Customer • Customer by Items
and that's it
j
What about what’s listed in SuiteAnswer 87163
f
let me check
it refers to the one I mentioned as "Commerce Search Activity Data"
j
Ah, ok. It doesn’t seem to be working for us at all. I can’t get any data in the workbook
and the feature is enabled
f
it's not my area so I can not help you on that one, but if you create a support case I can send it to the PM responsible for that feature
j
Sounds good. Thanks for your time!
f
you are welcome
j
Hi @Flo, here’s that case number: 3660482
f
Thanks, I sent it to the PM responsible for that workbook
