11/19/2019, 3:24 PMThe alternate solution which is widely used as alternate solution to fix the issue is to have the REMOVE PAYPAL ADDRESSES checkbox unticked. The option is located at NetSuite > Setup > SuiteCommerce Advanced > Configuration > Select Site and Domain > Checkout tab > Untick REMOVE PAYPAL ADDRESSES (REMOVE PAYPAL ADDRESSES = F)
