Hi All, I have an end-user reporting that they've lost functionality on transaction lines in NetSuite, when they select "ALL" from the Line Items drop down in edit mode. While on a transaction in edit mode, with the Line items drop-down selected to All, as soon as you begin to edit any one of the line items, the drop-down automatically reverts back to the "1 - 25 of 76" in this example. My question is, is anyone familiar with this in NetSuite? I have searched and searched for answers, and from what I've found it would appear that this has always been a NetSuite behavior, but would be great for some confirmation. Thanks

I've had a few users report the same issue today and I've confirmed it myself - it's definitely not normal behavior so something must have changed recently. I feel better knowing that it's not just affecting our account at least!

@MTNathan thank you! As a developer, I can't say that I've ever used this feature before, but apparently it has greatly impacted our AP Team today for bill entry. I will probably submit a dreaded NS Support ticket

I was just on here looking to see if someone else had this issue. I have a ticket open with NS #6412460. We've seen it on POs and SOs.

@Manda I also have a NS ticket open for this. Our internal teams have been dealing with it on VBs
I'm sure that both of you already saw that Oracle NetSuite raised the issue as a defect 829965.: <Edit Invoice/Sales Order > Items sublist > Select All on Line Items dropdown > Click Any Item Line > Line Items Revert Back to 1 - 25> , which has now been resolved.
