Is it possible to modify the name of the links and rearrange them in the Home Links section in the Customer Center? I know I can customize the tabs above. I'm having difficulty finding anything on modifying that section.

You can’t rename or move these at all You can remove links through permissions Or add new links through custom center tabs But you can’t change much about these native ones other than removing them

Yes no problem. The customer center is very limited but can be an okay solution if you have very basic needs If you need more features and functions for a customer portal we have a very easy tool to help you enhance this and provide a better experience with your customers Let me know if you’d like to see more about it. Or I’m happy to answer any other questions about the customer center as well

Thank you, I'll keep Versital in mind. I do have another question if you could. I've been trying to include a portlet inside the customer center, while I can do that for other roles, I'm having trouble figuring out how to include one here. Do you know if it's possible?

I think you can but it can only be as a separate tab
