Hi, does anyone know how to reset credentials for a TBA integration? I’ve followed the instrux here: https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_4395597766.html#procedure_4395600198, but the “reset credentials” button doesn’t appear. I’m an admin, and the “token-based integration” button is checked, so I think the button should show up, correct?

Hi, was the integration record created via bundling? In that case, you cannot reset the credentials.
