Our REST api calls went from .08 sec to 2.4 sec average to get a response. 30x increase. Hopefully we get an answer!

05/19/2025, 1:55 PMWe were back to normal Saturday evening. It seems like it was a networking issue on NetSuites end. We had to monitor the network traffic to see we were getting packet loss and that seemed to have led them to be able to fix it.
Waiting to get more details.
