Hi Guys, is there any way to migrate email Template without manual efforts?

Seems like they should just be in the file cabinet in the email templates folder, but I'm not seeing that in my account, even though we do have email templates. SuiteAnswers says either SDF or Copy to Account should be able to do it, so you could try either of those.
