Hello Everyone!! I have a requirement to make the change to the employee names to reflect as per the client's request. Employee name should be used vs the first and last name. For example, Jeffery Barr would rather be referred to as Jeff Barr. Please let me know if you have any input. Your help is appreciated. Thanks in advance.

Can you just edit the employee record and change the first name to Jeff instead of Jeffery?
