Question - anyone have experience using the SuiteCommerce as a B2B and setting up sales reps as parents over multiple child accounts to have one login?

Just trying to picture the mechanism for this. Would the sales reps have customer records?
Generally speaking, the use cases you describe are ones we are aware of but not ones we support. It sounds a lot like impersonation or some sort of sales rep ordering portal
(We don't do either of those things)
We support a lot of B2B features but typically only in the context of self-service

So in our line of business, we have mom and pop shops being stocked by sales reps. Multiple, the one rep I am working with currently has 200 clients. He was looking for an option to log in. We have explained the process to them but wanted to be sure this was in fact the truth on this. The only other way it would be a possible usage was for viewing invoices for multiple customers.
Only other question would be to turn off the password auto reset. As it sits, if they do not access an account for a period of time the account automatically locks them out and requires us to reset the password for them

I think the only thing that SuiteCommerce supports in that context is customer:contact relationships, where one parent customer (ie a single company) has multiple people attached to it who can log in and order on behalf of that company. A rep:company relationship is not one we support with SC.
