Is there a minimum concurrency requirement for any of the map/reduce processes used for SCA deployment? Seems like they default to using all processor capacity, so ours are currently hogging all 15 available, which is going to impact operations in our peak season.

I'm not sure about that but you could lower the priority of the activation processes so that they give way to higher prio ones
