Hi, I'm trying to upload a new .p12 key to Cybersource. We've been using them since 2015. The instructions in SuiteAnswer seem to be out of date. I've made a new Simple Order Key and it asks me to make a password. I do that. when I upload the key to NetSuite I'm never asked for this password and I'm no longer able to accept CC payments. Has anyone setup CyberSource since the new password change that took place in Feb 2024?

Are you using the suiteapp or the plugin in NetSuite?

Oh meant to update! I was using the Plugin. once I found the SuiteApp, I installed that and was back up and running in minutes. I can't believe the SuiteAnswer didn't mention the SuiteApp.
