that's what I meant - OAC is source. Even ACS team doesn't have any qualified NSAW folks, they have to reach out to their Oracle counter parts

@iSuite we’ve had issues since the very start, like pipelines randomly failing without warning, so data doesn’t update, being unable to add custom records to our data set, being unable to find custom fields to add to our data set, etc. Each ticket takes 2-5 months to resolve. It’s basically made the product unusable. They obviously released it before a) the technology was ready b) the documentation was ready and c) before any of their team was prepared to support it.
