Has anyone ever been able to create a pop-up message that is displayed when the User logs into the Sandbox environment? Or does anyone have any thoughts on how this could be achieved? Preferably a popup message with a button that the User would have to select to close the message? Message would be simple and stating that they were now in the Sandbox environment. Thanks in advance!

You can set a Suitelet as a "landing page" for the account under general preferences

This page will be displayed when the user first logs into the account and then your suitelet can control whatever functionality you want

<@U03GYQZTZDW> - Thank you for the reply! I was definitely thinking about using that Landing Page to direct the login. Could that be directed to a Portlet and then possibly use a Portlet script?

No I think it is only available to select a suitelet in the drop down field
