I am running into a issue trying to change the default Bill Payment Transaction From that is being called. I have modified the form to show what I want, I marked the form as preferred. I even went to the Roles tab and selected which roles I want that Transaction form to be preferred as. I then went into the role and verified that form is the one that is preferred. Yet when I go into a bill it is not loading the form I want it to load. It seems like there is somewhere else I need to change this.
