I have this odd anomaly regarding one of my employee records. (happens to be the "-5" initial employee record) That record shows up in dropdown lists as "John Smith John Smith" NO OTHER EMPLOYEE RECORD exhibits this behavior. Any insight is appreciated.

Have you tried edit and saving that employee record?
