Has NetSuite given any insight into the product roadmaps for (i) Custom Transaction Types and (ii) Custom GL-line Plug-ins? I ask, because the product areas have severe defects that have been left unaddressed for what would appear to be several years. Is there a dedicated product manager for the feature set originally released as Suite GL? What does the product roadmap look like?

That's a very interesting question. I have no clue, hopefully someone know the answer.
