I’m guessing that the Child Partner field is a Multi select list type? If so I don’t know how you would do this via sourcing. I thought sourcing was always a 1 to 1 relationship not 1 to many However if the field does not need to be a list select field but can be a long textile or free text field with all of the child values written out then I’ve done that via workflow before
