When sending an email from a Case record, the Sender Address defaults to the address on the Case Profile. Can I change it so it defaults to the current user? I have not been able to do this successfully from a workflow or SuiteScript.

SuiteScript - I didn’t try it on a case record but on the send email function you can set the sender of the email. https://docs.oracle.com/en/cloud/saas/netsuite/ns-online-help/section_4358681681.html
