Happy Humpday - looking for some sort of change log for NS workflows whenever a change is made. We have a ticketing system and It is very difficult to understand exactly what has been changed and relate it back to the specific ticket. Ideally would be great to add a note section to each workflow action and enter the ticket number and date. I don’t see a way this is possible natively the note column on the workflow history is inline and looks to be filled automatically I don’t see an option to add sticky notes. The description is the only option I see at each stage which I do not want to use. That should be for descriptions only Any ideas?

Create a custom record, use the “create record custom action” and “go to page” to go to that record have the team fill out a mandatory box? Is that an option?
