Anyone have a decent (non script) trick on how to capture Last Modified By?

Capture in what way?

Just wanted to show on a saved search (transaction)

I tried that, it worked for most but for some reason a couple of transactions did not. I appreciate the help though!

Not yet. Was able to isolate the affected population but not the root cause yet

I would probably just make a workflow that triggered on create/edit before record save set the Last modified by field to the current user.

Does anyone know how to change the default Inventory status to something different? NS automatically defaults to good but what if we wanted to default to hold? What would be the best path forward

Not familiar with inventory status, is that set on the item receipt?
