Hey All. I have a user who has her NS constantly going "offline". She is connected to our LAN and is the only user having this issue. She is able to access other sites on her browser when this happens, so i'm not really sure what is going on, or how to even troubleshoot. Any thoughts? Thanks!

Sometimes it says "offline" but if you open any tab/link it works. Did you try? What happens when she gets offline notification?

have you tried clearing browser cache and restarting laptop?

@NickSuite, her browser is fine and able to access other sites. Also, sometimes her entire browser screen is greyed out with must the offline message.

No resolution on this yet. Clearing cache and rebooting have no effect.

is the user on a personal VPN? or DNS?

have you tried accessing NetSuite on another browser?

also have you tried having the user open the browser in incognito mode? (this should disable any browser extensions)
