Hi All, is anyone aware of a way to make all Accounting Period columns show in the Balance Sheet report? I have tried making sure "Show Zeros" is checked on the report, but that still will not display all accounting periods. It seems to exclude periods where there is no data e.g. my report shows June 2024, October 2024, November 2024, and December 2024 (July, August, & September are missing)

I think I faced this issue way back and it was an enhancement that show zero's work if the balance came down to zero and there was some movement under the account. Can you try creating a JE in the July period and then reverse in the same month and see if that column comes up in your report?

@Shaikh Abrar thank you. That seems to make a missing column appear, but it looks like that is the case whether or not you have "Show Zeros" checked.

I think you need show zeros where accounts had some activity in it and came down to zero. And for the fresh new accounts which did not have any transactions, this workaround you will need to do in order to see them in the reports with show zeros checked
