Some of our users are reporting occasional errors when trying to save invoices, but they never send me a screenshot or copy of the error. They don't appear to be script errors. Are these general NetSuite errors recorded anywhere, or do I have to be present to see them?

I've had similar things in the past but I was only able to troubleshoot using screen recordings or standing over their shoulder 🫠
