Hi I am currently testing the CyberSource bundle in our NetSuite SandBox account. I am done with the set up and I can now generate invoices using the Pay-By-Link feature. However, after making the invoices paid by paying in the link, the SuiteScript responsible to reflect this in NetSuite is experiencing error "Authentication failed". Can you please help me to fix this as I am stuck here since the credentials for creating pay-by-links and processing of paid payments is the same but it is not working for processing of paid payments which I find weird. Please assist, thank you.

AI generated answer (using internal Slack threads):
It seems like you're experiencing an authentication error with the SuiteScript that processes the paid payments. This could be due to a number of reasons. Here are a few things you could try: 1. Re-enter the authentication credentials: Sometimes, the credentials might not have been saved correctly or they might have been changed. Try re-entering the credentials for the payment processing profile you're using. 2. Check the SuiteScript: There might be an error in the SuiteScript that's causing the authentication to fail. Make sure that the SuiteScript is correctly set up to process the payments and that it's using the correct credentials. 3. Check the payment method setup: If the payment methods with the type 'Payment Card' are not appearing in the Payment Link Setup payment methods list, it could be because they're not set up correctly. Make sure that the 'External checkout' option is enabled for these payment methods. 4. Contact the payment processor: If you're using a third-party payment processor like PayPal Braintree or CyberSource, there might be an issue on their end. Try reaching out to their support for assistance. Remember to test these changes in your sandbox account before implementing them in your live account to avoid any disruptions to your business operations. ****** Disclaimer: This response was generated by an artificial intelligence assistant based on previous conversations from multiple Slack channels, and may contain inaccuracies or mistakes. ******
