hi everyone, we receive this message what i need to do, thankkkks!! ๐Ÿ™ : Upgrade the WSDL version used We have identified your account as currently using one of the unsupported SOAP web services endpoint versions (versions 2017_2 to 2021_1). The 2017_2 SOAP web services endpoint is scheduled to be disabled in the 2024.2 NetSuite release. Any SOAP operation that uses a disabled WSDL will return a response of "INVALID_VERSION". This response will be returned for SOAP web service-based integrations, as well as for single sign-on (inbound SSO) and SuiteSignOn (outbound SSO) integrations that use SOAP web services APIs. An upgrade from an unsupported SOAP version requires many changes in your integration and might require significant development effort, such as change of the authentication process. To ensure the continuity of your web service integrations, and efficient support, you must upgrade to a supported endpoint version as soon as possible. It is considered best practice for any customers using an unsupported version to upgrade to the latest WSDL version. Install the Application Performance Management SuiteApp from the SuiteApp Marketplace to see which unsupported endpoint version you are using. Hi, you can go to Setup > Integrations > SOAP Usage Log and check the integration thatโ€™s using this old scheme.

Install the Application Performance Management SuiteApp. Then once installed, go to the SOAP Web Service Analysis. It will show you also what versions you have connecting.

You can use both of these methods. Everyone should really have the APM installed. Lots of goodness there
