Anyone knows a way around this?
We are not able to narrow down the list because Department/Location fields are not available on the customer record. There are 3 companies under the same subsidiary and none of these fields except the Subsidiary affect the list of customers. Has anyone come across this?

we do have those fields on the Invoice record, and they are correct according to the details

that is not a filtering option.. what you choose in dep/loc/class/sales rep is what will end up on the finance charge invoice. you can not filter directly in that view unfortunately

yeah.. there is one finance charge invoice per customer. you could potentially have different dimensions on them, and you can only have one on the new finance charge. I think that is one reason
