If anyone else is having the record/status naming issues i've highlighted above, if you change the user preference of the affected user temporarily to "English (International)" it'll fix things, even over ODBC, until they fix English UK

Failed to add Shopify Order #2187649351750. Failed to save record because Please enter value(s) for: Status. This is a sudden error we are getting from our Celigo connector. Would you say this issue is related to the ones you guys are having?

Not sure. I would need to check the employee record used in the integration by logging in as that employee, right?

i don't think we can (using Admin role) can control individual preference?

Are you based where someone would want to use that language preference?

if not, it's unlikely that someone is changing it...

Also - you *might* be able to set the preference on their role, but I'd probably just tell the users to try changing it.
