Is there a report in NetSuite that would allow me to extract all CC information for all customers - I remember at some point 5 years ago I had a similar request, but I think I needed to contact NetSuite... is that still the case?

As far as I know you CANNOT get CC info out of NetSuite without customer support assistance. It would be a huge control issue otherwise.

Yes I did this recently, I had to request from support and get an addendum to the agreement signed by the primary contact. There was a time limit on the access, 90 days if I remember correctly.
