Hi - we are seeing where previously terminated/canceled revenue arrangements are being recognized when we post revenue. Is this a setting that we've messed up?

what did you do to terminate your RAs?

I’m not totally sure. It was before my time and related to the NS Implementation. We had made some system changes and then all of a sudden we have these RARs from 2017 that are in a terminated or cancelled status that are recognizing revenue.

the reason I am asking is that you cannot really cancel a RAR, you have to cancel its source transaction, and that will play downstream to revenue. Also, you may want to look into these “some system changes” to understand the impact, and that may give you the answer.
