Whoever decided this should be alphabetical should be fired. Finally just figured out why Q3 financials made no sense!

That's not our case a well. The period name format is also different from ours. Yours are not indented and are showing hierarchical names. By any chance, are your periods independent from each other? That is, you do not create separate periods for the Quarters and Year and use them as parent periods of the base months which is typically but not exclusively done by using the Set Up Full Year button in the Manage Accounting Periods page

I think you may be using a customized version? All I have on mine is a "as of" drop-down that allows me to select a single month and it automatically includes all months through that. You shouldn't have to choose every period.

You're not wrong, but I don't understand at all what that filter is accomplishing. You should never be excluding periods from an aging report since they should be from "beginning of time." Is it because you have some entries where the transaction date and period don't match? If that's the case, I'd switch it so your As Of value is the period drop-down like my screenshot instead of a date. I'd recommend doing that in general anyway. If you do so, you shouldn't have to mess with ever selecting individual periods. You can toggle that setting by going to your preferences (Home button>Set Preferences)>Analytics tab and set Report by Period to All Reports. That will only affect you and if you don't like it for other reports, you can swap it back and forth as needed.
