HI guys, we have an invoice approval workflow. Currently Once the invoice gets approved we are sending mail to customer based on a field on customer record. Now what we want is, we should send the email to email in the so linked to that invoice, if the email field in SO is blank then it should send to customer email field. Will this be possible through workflow? Or should I just create a script for it?
