Does anyone know how I can select a certain Sales Order form when doing a transaction saved search?

yep, you need to use some sort criteria for these “certain” SOs, all you need is to define it

Criteria: Document Number or Internal ID are common choices.

The problem is this is a running list, so document numbers wont work as more are added each day. Looking at internal ID, I have not been able to add the internal ID of that form to the criteria

In that case your criteria needs to be inclusive of all those you want to see.

example of criteria - all customers with University as category, all having above $100K in sales in last 6 months, etc. not internal IDs

Its actually a certain Sales Order form. We have multiple forms for Sales Orders, and I only want to see one kind
